We’ve got two Kinect cameras! The Kinect is a 3D camera, intended as a novel controller device for video games consoles. Not only gamers, but also researchers from the computer vision labs around the world, very much enjoy to play around with this new camera. It provides not only a color image, but also the measured distance to every point shown in the image – out of the box and for a very low price!
